Clients are responsible for ensuring their submitted content is original and does not violate third-party rights.

Confidentiality

All client data, files, and correspondence are kept strictly confidential. No information will be shared or disclosed without prior written consent unless legally required.

Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, clients own the final version of all work provided.
Lion Heart Publishers does not retain rights over any client-owned content.
For ghostwriting services, clients are considered the sole authors.

Payment Terms

A deposit or full payment may be required before starting a project.
Remaining balances must be cleared before final delivery.
Late payments may result in delays or cancellation.

Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

If the work is incomplete or not delivered as agreed.
If the quality does not meet industry standards and valid justification is provided.
Refunds will not be issued once the final version has been delivered or approved.
No refunds for change of mind or delays caused by the client.
Work already published or distributed is non-refundable.
Refund claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of work. Revisions outside the initial scope may incur additional charges.

Turnaround Time

Timelines are estimated based on service type and client responsiveness. Delays from the client's side will affect delivery schedules.

Limitation of Liability
